Timpani Excerpts

Mozart: Overture to the Magic Flute

All rhythmic "fanfares" (Letter 'E' and 5th measure of letter 'E') should be played louder and
with articulation. It is also acceptable to put a slight ritardando on the last three notes. In general,
most of the printed dynamics are too loud. Play with a light style throughout.
